Mt Fuji is always a good choice if you're looking for Hibachi or sushi... they also have a great selection of bubble teas and smoothies. Definitely a staple if you live anywhere near the college. They are always slammed but do you hardly ever wait more than just a few minutes for freshly cooked food. For what you get and the quality of the food, the prices are more than fair.

Fast, easy and delicious food. They have tables inside where you order at the register and they bring the food to you. Prices are extremely affordable, but serving sizes are on the smaller side. Great place for a quick lunch or something to takeout

This is the gem of Louisville. I could eat here everyday. Their hibachi is so filling, delicious, and well-priced. The service is quick (even when the line is out the door).

I eat here once a week, its fast and easy to get in and out of. The food is generally good , sometime over cooked but probably due to the amount they have to cook at one time.. their sushi rolls and priced pretty fair and are better than average.. the place is very small and not the cleanest but good for a fast fairly healthy meal.. chicken stir fry and a drink for just under 12 bucks..

I just went here for lunch today at my husband's recommendation. It was wonderful, especially for the price. The hibachi is incredibly flavorful and the veggies are perfect. I got chicken hibachi and the meat was well-seasoned as well. We got the appetizer of pork gyoza, which was nice. There is not much atmosphere to speak of, but it's fast, tasty, and reasonably priced, which is hard to find in Louisville.

Consistently our 5 star lunch place. It is your Sake Blue lunch stop. Amazing food and great lunch price. We go here every week now. Plenty of quality, fresh food at a quick lunch pace.
