Okay so for holidays. What does it mean hours may differ most places said that but they were closed. Around Christmas Eve time. Does that mean you guys will close sooner an different hours or just not open.
Every restaurant listed on Google has the hours and days posted. But whoever posts known hours never states precise holiday hours because holidays affects hours. Only way to know for sure is to call the place when theyre open and ask

I know it says hi back, but is it buffet, or do they actually make the food in front of you?
By the way, it is wonderful. One of our favorite stops in Louisville.

Mt Fuji is always a good choice if you're looking for Hibachi or sushi... they also have a great selection of bubble teas and smoothies. Definitely a staple if you live anywhere near the college. They are always slammed but do you hardly ever wait more than just a few minutes for freshly cooked food. For what you get and the quality of the food, the prices are more than fair.

Fast, easy and delicious food. They have tables inside where you order at the register and they bring the food to you. Prices are extremely affordable, but serving sizes are on the smaller side. Great place for a quick lunch or something to takeout

This is the gem of Louisville. I could eat here everyday. Their hibachi is so filling, delicious, and well-priced. The service is quick (even when the line is out the door).

I eat here once a week, its fast and easy to get in and out of. The food is generally good , sometime over cooked but probably due to the amount they have to cook at one time.. their sushi rolls and priced pretty fair and are better than average.. the place is very small and not the cleanest but good for a fast fairly healthy meal.. chicken stir fry and a drink for just under 12 bucks..

For the price you pay, the food is surprisingly good. I stop by sometimes before classes, and have never been disappointed.

I just went here for lunch today at my husband's recommendation. It was wonderful, especially for the price. The hibachi is incredibly flavorful and the veggies are perfect. I got chicken hibachi and the meat was well-seasoned as well. We got the appetizer of pork gyoza, which was nice. There is not much atmosphere to speak of, but it's fast, tasty, and reasonably priced, which is hard to find in Louisville.

Consistently our 5 star lunch place. It is your Sake Blue lunch stop. Amazing food and great lunch price. We go here every week now. Plenty of quality, fresh food at a quick lunch pace.

Always good food. So good. A bit of a wait sometimes but you can sometimes skip the line to pay if you've called ahead.
